Premier Access is one of our Portfolio Lending Suite of home financing solutions. This loan is designed to assist borrowers who are buying or refinancing a high-value property, but may not qualify for other Jumbo products.

  • Asset-based qualifying (also called asset depletion) is available for borrowers with high-balance retirement, stock, 401(k) or savings accounts
  • Interest-only repayment options for lower payments during the first years of your loan
  • Both fixed-rate and adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) are available
  • Cash-out refinancing up to $750,000
  • No pre-payment penalties
  • Delayed financing options for cash buyers

HOMEOWNER'S ACCESS

Homeowner’s Access is one of our Portfolio Lending Suite of home financing solutions. These loans are designed to assist borrowers who can prove their ability to repay a mortgage, but may not qualify for traditional mortgage financing.

  • Shorter waiting times, or "seasoning", after a bankruptcy, foreclosure, deed in lieu or short sale. You may qualify for home financing just two years after a bankruptcy or foreclosure - sooner after a short sale!
  • Acceptable of non-traditional credit histories. For example, if you can prove you've paid your rent, utility and cell phone bills on time, this can help you qualify for Homeowner's Access
  • Higher debt-to-income (DTI) ratios up to 60% with compensating factors. This means that your monthly loan payments can be equal to 60% of your monthly income
  • Your family members may help you by providing 100% of your down payment and closing costs in the form of gift funds

INVESTMENT

Investment is one of our Portfolio Lending Suite of home financing solutions. This loan is designed to offer easier qualifying to borrowers who plan to purchase several rental/investment properties.

  • The option to purchase an unlimited number of investment properties
  • Delayed financing for cash buyers. This offers you cash-out refinancing at lower, rate-term refinance terms just days after closing. This can be a smart choice if you're buying an investment property that needs major renovations
  • Model home leasebacks are allowed
  • Fixed- and adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs) are available
  • Minimum 620 credit score 
  • Low, $100,000 minimum loan amount
  • Up to 6% seller contributions are allowed
  • No pre-payment penalties
